This online exhibitor services manual contains all the necessary order forms for exhibitors, as well as services provided through the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (electrical, catering, rigging, etc.) and National Expo (show decorator) for signage, labor, shipping, furnishings & more. Booth carpeting is included with your booth fee this year.
Exclusive Provider:
Telecommunications and other services and equpiment rental will be handled
by
the
Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Wireless Internet service is included with your booth fee this year.

The trade show
will be held in Exhibit Halls A & B, and special events will be held in
Exhibit Hall C. The loading dock for Exhibit Halls A
& B can be
accessed from the 21st Avenue North side of the Convention Center.

12:00 noon - 1:00 - Lunch break in Exhibit Hall
Friday, November 7th
8:00 am - 12:00 noon - Exhibits Open
8:00 am - 8:30 am - Coffee Break in Exhibit Hall
12:00 noon - Exhibitor Move Out
Please note that Hall C (featuring the EdTech Store and other
special events) will not be open on Friday.
Security: Security is provided in the hall during
closed hours, however, all property remains the sole responsibility of each
exhibitor. It is recommended that
any items that may be easily removed, be secured by you each day.
