Welcome to the 2012 South Carolina EdTech Conference!  We look forward to seeing you at the TD Convention Center in Greenville, October 24-26, 2012.

This online exhibitor services manual contains all the necessary order forms for exhibitors, as well as services provided through the TD Convention Center (electrical, catering, rigging, etc.) and National Expo (show decorator) for signage, labor, shipping, furnishings & more.  Booth carpeting is included with your booth package.

Exclusive Provider:  Telecommunications and other services and equpiment rental will be handled by the TD Convention Center.   Wireless Internet service is included with your booth package this year.

Greenville is located between Atlanta and Charlotte along Interstate 85, one of the nation’s hottest growth corridors. The TD Convention Center facility is easily accessible by air or highway.   TD Convention Center One Exposition Drive Greenville, SC 29607.  Phone:  864.233.2562.  Exhibitor Check-In and Registration will be located inside the Exhibit Hall (Halls A-C) at the TMC Service Desk.  A security guard at the Exhibit Hall entrance will be available to assist you with directions.  Click here for detailed driving directions to the TD Convention Center.

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Opening Reception in Exhibit Hall

Thursday, October 25th
8:00 am - 4:00 pm - Exhibits Open
12:00 noon - 1:30 - Cash Lunch break in Exhibit Hall (held at same time as ticketed Awards Luncheon)

Friday, October 26th
8:00 am - 12:00 noon - Exhibits Open
11:00 am - 12:00 noon - Door Prize Give-Away in Exhibit Hall
12:00 noon - Exhibitor Move Out

Security:  Security is provided in the hall during closed hours, however, all property remains the sole responsibility of each exhibitor.  It is recommended that any items that may be easily removed, be secured by you each day.
