7)  EXHIBIT DISMANTLING

a)  Please cooperate with Show Management by not tearing down your display prior to the official closing time. This is a matter of respecting your neighboring vendors attendees who may be in the exhibit hall, and contributing to the overall quality and look of the show.  Thank you for your cooperation.

b)  At tear-down time, you should secure all your small products and equipment items while waiting for the return of crates. Aisles should be kept clear during this time to minimize confusion and allow for efficient material handling.
Please have someone remain with your exhibit until your empty cartons are delivered and your goods re-packed, sealed and properly labeled or hand-carried out to your own vehicle.

c)  Bills of lading should not be left on crates, but should be delivered to National Expo's Service Desk.

d)    For safety reasons, please be patient at the end of the show and allow attendees at least 15 minutes to exit the hall before the fork-lifts are allowed in to take up the carpet and begin returning empty crates.
