Advance to Warehouse
(Must arrive by 5:00 pm on October 22, 2010. Will start
receiving warehouse shipments up to 30 days in advance.

DOCK PROCEDURES
a) No vehicles of any kind will be permitted
access to the loading dock on Wednesday, October 27th, after
3:00 p.m. All move-in and installation m
On move-out, no vehicles will be permitted access to the loading dock

actually displayed as part of the show) will be allowed to drive into
the exhibit hall itself.

advance shipments of exhibit materials must be sent to National Expo's

7) EXHIBIT DISMANTLING
a) Please cooperate with Show Management by not
tearing down your display prior to the official closing time. This is a
matter of respecting your neighboring vendors and contributing to the
overall quality and look of the show.
b) At tear-down time, you should secure
all your small products and equipment items while waiting for the
return of crates. Aisles should be kept clear during this time to
minimize confusion and allow for efficient material handling.
c) Bills of lading should not be left on crates,
but should be delivered to National Expo's Service Desk.
