LOADING DOCK PROCEDURES
a) No vehicles of any
kind will be permitted access to the loading dock on Wednesday,
October 24th, after 3:00 p.m. All move-in and installation m

delivered until attendees have exited the hall and all aisle
carpet has been removed at the close of the show at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 26th.

DISMANTLING
a) Please cooperate with
Show Management by not
tearing down your display prior to the official closing time.
This is a matter of respecting your neighboring vendors
attendees who may be in the exhibit hall, and contributing to
the overall quality and look of the show. Thank you for
your cooperation.
b) At tear-down time, you should
secure all your small products and equipment items while
waiting for the return of crates. Aisles should be kept clear
during this time to minimize confusion and allow for efficient
material handling.
c) Bills of
lading should not be left on crates, but should be delivered
to National Expo's Service Desk.
d)
For safety reasons, please be patient
at the end of the show and allow attendees at
