special events) will not be open on Friday.
2) SHIPPING
Advance to Warehouse
(Must arrive by 5:00 pm on October 31, 2008. Will start receiving
warehouse shipments up to 30 days in advance.

3) LOADING DOCK PROCEDURES
a) No
vehicles of any kind will be permitted access to the loading dock on

6) FREIGHT CONSIGNEE

shipments of exhibit materials must be sent to National Expo's drayage wareho
7) EXHIBIT DISMANTLING
a) Please cooperate with Show Management by
not tearing down your display prior to the official closing time. This is a
matter of respecting your neighboring vendors and contributing to the overall
quality and look of the show.
b) At tear-down time, you should secure all
your small products and equipment items while waiting for the return of crates.
Aisles should be kept clear during this time to minimize confusion and allow
for efficient material handling.
c) Bills of lading should not be left on
crates, but should be delivered to National Expo's Service Desk.
d) For
safety reasons, please be
patient at the end of the show and allow attendees at
