booth?
Yes. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors will be permitted
to supply their own labor for the installation and dismantling of their
displays.
How soon will empties be returned
after the close of the show?
No crates or boxes in National Expo storage will be delivered to exhibitor booths until all aisle carpet has been
removed. Small cases and cardboard cartons will be stored in a separate
area to facilitate their quick return. Empties will be returned to your
booth as quickly as possible after the close of the show.
Who is responsible for the security
of my merchandise?
You are. Show Management provides perimeter
security at points of entry to the Exhibit Hall. However, the ultimate
responsibility for merchandise security rests on the exhibitor. Therefore
it is advised that you have a rider attached to your property insurance policy
covering your merchandise against "all perils" for the period of time from the
date of shipment to the return arrival date of your materials. Neither
Show Management, the conference co-sponsors, the Convention Center,
National Expo nor any of their officers, agents or employees assume any
responsibility for such property.
