KySTE Annual Conference

Welcome to the 2013 Kentucky Society for Technology in Education Annual Conference!  We look forward to seeing you at the Galt House in March.  

This online exhibitor services manual contains all the necessary order forms for exhibitors, as well as services provided through the Galt House (catering, rigging, etc.) and Geo. Fern (show decorator) for booth carpeting, signage, labor, shipping, furnishings & more.  You can contact Geo. Fern at 1-888-621-3376.  If you experience any difficulty in obtaining the order forms you need, please contact Exhibit Management at kay@tmcshows.com.

Exclusive Provider:  Internet, telecommunications, and computer & equipment rental services will be handled this year by Axxis, the Galt House exclusive provider (Phone: 502-583-0021).  http://www.tmcshows.com/KYSTE/Exhibits/AVPricing.pdf.

Please note that electrical service is not provided with the booth package.  You may order electrical service on your booth rental application, or by contacting exhibit management at info@tmcshows.com or 850-385-3595.  Electrical service is an additional $50, and must be ordered in advance.

The Galt House is located at 140 North Fourth Street , Louisville, KY 40202  Phone: 502-589-5200.  The trade show will be held in the Grand Ballroom and Exhibit Hall of the Galt House.  Exhibitors can unload via the 3rd Street Dock or 3rd Street Parking Garage below the Grand Ballroom. There is a small freight elevator that exhibitors can use from the parking garage to the ballroom.

 Hotels:  The Galt House is the host hotel for KySTE 2013.  You may make reservations by calling 502-589-5200 or 1-800-The-Galt.  Be sure to specify that you are with the KySTE Conference to receive our special room rates.  Rates are available through February 5, 2013. 

Sponsorships:  KySTE offers numerous opportunities to promote your organization and gain valuable exposure with Kentucky educators through sponsorships and advertising.  Please see the Sponsorship Opportunities form for more details.

Wednesday, March 13th

7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.   

Exhibitor Dismantling & Move-Out

Please do not begin dismantling your booth or moving out prior to 11:30 a.m. on Friday. This will allow for attendees to safely exit the exhibit hall before move-out begins.  Early move-out takes away from the overall look of the trade show, distracts other vendors who may be talking to attendees near your booth, and creates a dangerous situation for attendees and other exhibitors.  Please honor this scheduled move-out time.  Thank you for being considerate.

Security:  Roving security is provided in the hall during closed hours, however the Exhibit Hall cannot be completely secured at night.  All property remains the sole responsibility of each exhibitor.  It is highly recommended that any items that may be easily removed (laptops, digital cameras, etc.) be secured by you at the end of each day.
