General Conference Information

The 2011 KySTE Annual Conference, held February 28 - March 2, hosted over 1,500 attendees and over 160 exhibit booths.  Most Kentucky school districts and schools were represented.  KySTE provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to meet administrators and educators from Kentucky schools to share the latest technology products and services available.  The Kentucky Society for Technology in Education sponsors this annual conference.  Please contact us for more detailed attendance information, or to be added to our mailing list  - kay@tmcshows.com.

The 2012 booth fees are $750 for standard 10'x10' in-line booth, and $850 for 10'x10' corner booths.  Each 10'x10 booth includes one skirted 6' table, two chairs, booth and aisle carpeting, back and side drapes, one waste basket, and one company ID sign.  Exhibitors will also receive dedicated time with attendees, and six complimentary name badges for your booth personnel.  Conference Sponsors will receive additional recognition and benefits, including advertising on the KYSTE website, in the conference program, signage at the conference, and preference for attendee session
