General Conference Information

The KySTE Conference: ITs a BIG Deal!

The 2011 KySTE Annual Conference expects close to 1,500 attendees and over 160 exhibit booths.  Most Kentucky school districts and schools will be represented.  KySTE provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to meet administrators and educators from Kentucky schools to share the latest technology products and services available.  The Kentucky Society for Technology in Education sponsors this annual conference.  Please contact us for more detailed attendance information from the 2010 conference at kay@tmcshows.com.

 

TENTATIVE BOOTH FEES & PACKAGE

The 2011 Booth fees are $750 for standard 10'x10' in-line booth, and $850 for 10'x10' corner booths.  Each 10'x10 booth includes one skirted 8' table, two chairs, booth and aisle carpeting, back and side drapes, one waste basket, one electrical outlet, and one company ID sign.  Exhibitors will also receive dedicated time with attendees, and six complimentary name badges for your booth personnel.  Conference Sponsors will receive additional recognition and benefits, including advertising on the KYSTE website, in the conference program, and on signage at the conference!  See Sponsorship Opportunities for details on how to gain added exposure to nearly 1,500 attendees for your company.

Monday, February 28th

11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-In

 

Tuesday, March 1st

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Continued Exhibitor Move-In

  11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall Open to Attendees
  11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Grand Openin of Exhibit Hall
 

Wednesday, March 2nd

8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Open to Attendees

  8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Dedicated Time, Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall

 

3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Dismantling & Move-Out

Please do not begin dismantling your booth or moving out prior to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. This will allow for attendees to safely exit the exhibit hall before move-out begins.  Early move-out takes away from the overall look of the trade show, distracts other vendors who may be talking to attendees near your booth, and creates a dangerous situation for attendees and other exhibitors.  Please honor this scheduled move-out time.  Thank you for being considerate.

PLEASE NOTE:  VENDORS MUST REGISTER TO EXHIBIT BY JANUARY 15th IN ORDER TO BE LISTED IN THE PRINTED CONFERENCE PROGRAM.
After January 15th you may register, but your company information will only be listed on our website and in the program addendum flyer.
