KySTE Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities
Please note the following:
• All of the options under the “General” subheading are from the time of purchase through June 30th of that same fiscal year. Alternatively, if it is late in the fiscal year, the vendor can designate the purchase to run from July 1 – June 30 of the following year.

• In order to pick an option from any category, a vendor must purchase at least one booth for the annual Spring Technology Conference OR select the option to pay for 3 sessions without a booth……

• Please note that some opportunities are limited to a certain number of sponsorships. These will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

• All prices are per company (i.e. A vendor cannot make a purchase and then claim to represent four or five different companies and want all of those companies’ names affiliated with the sponsorship opportunity).

• For any sponsorship opportunity that has a limited number of sponsorships, a company can purchase as many of the open slots as they want, but all commitments are first come, first served.

• Vendors are always welcome to approach the KySTE Planning Committee with other ideas or requests for partnerships such as offering gifts for our award winners, partnering to offer services beneficial to the KySTE membership and/or adding options to the advertisement opportunities listed below. The KySTE Planning Committee will discuss each request and vote whether to accept or decline offers that are made.

Please note: Due to space restrictions at the location where the event is held, we must limit this opportunity to the first 15 vendors who respond and commit. There can only be one company per table.
