You may also register online or fax your form to 904.339.9450. All conference payments should be mailed to the above mailing address.
Please do not mail a copy of your registration form if you have faxed your registration or registered online. Please send a copy of your online registration receipt, your purchase order number, or a list of attendees with your payment so that your registration will be properly credited.
A registration form should be used for each individual attendee from your organization. You may also register all attendees from your organization online at one time.
When 5 or more people from one school register to attend the full conference, one member may waive the Conference Registration fee (a $100 value). To receive this discount, your registration must be submitted as a group, with one payment or purchase order. You may register a team online. All online team registrations should be completed at the same time. You may also download the team registration form to register your team for the conference.
After the pre-registration deadline, you can register on-site, by coming to the on-site registration counters located in the Riverside Lobby of the Kentucky International Convention Center. This lobby is on the west side of Third Street. :
You must be registered for full or one-day conference registration in order to attend workshops. Student and Exhibit Only registrations do not include access to workshops. There is no additional fee for the workshops, but space is limited. You may pre-register for workshops online. After the pre-registration deadline, you may register on-site.

Payment Information
KTLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. Cash payments are also accepted during on-site registration.
To whom do I make my check or money order payable?
Please make checks payable to KTLC. For a completed W-9 form, please email Brenda Gibala at registration@tmcshows.com or fax your request to 904.339.9450, Attn: Registration Management.
Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?
Invoices will be mailed to all billing organizations specified by attendees who register with a purchase order. Attendees who register online and select the check payment option should mail their check with a copy of their online receipt page. No invoice will be mailed.

How do I cancel and request a refund for a registration?
Written requests for refunds must be sent to Total Meeting Concepts, LLC, Registration Management, PO Box 13986, Tallahassee, FL 32317. Cancellation requests postmarked prior to February 14, 2009, will be honored, but a fee of $25.00 will be charged for materials and handling. Refund requests postmarked after February 14, 2009 will not be honored. Refunds will not be given onsite. No refunds will be given because of inclement weather.
If I have to cancel my registration, can someone else attend in my place?
Yes, you may substitute a registration. Complete the Substitution form and submit it. You will receive email confirmation once your form has been processed.
How do I make a correction to my registration?
If you would like to substitute an attendee, add a workshop, change a workshop, or delete a workshop from your registration, please click on the change your registration link on the main registration page.
How do I know if I am registered for a workshop?
If you registered online, your registration receipt will indicate workshops that were added to your record during registration. You will also receive an email confirmation automatically after you complete your registration. If you register by fax or mail, you will receive an emailed confirmation once your registration has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please email registration@tmcshows.com.
How do I add, delete, or change a workshop on my registration?
If you would like to make a change to your workshop registration, please visit the change your registration link on the main registration page.
Confirmation and Name Badge Information
Will I receive additional information about the conference by mail if I register online?
Your name badge and workshop tickets will be mailed to you by March 4, 2009. If you have not received your badge by March 4, 2009, and do not have an email confirmation, please contact registration management to ensure that you are registered for the conference. Please bring your name badge and attached program pick-up ticket to the counter labeled "Program and Bag Pick-Up for Pre-Registrants" in order to receive your conference materials and badge holder. Having your badge in hand and coming to the correct line will ensure your rapid registration.
What should I do if I haven't received my name badge or workshop tickets by mail?
If you do not receive your name badge, you may use your email confirmation and a photo identification to pick up your name badge and workshop tickets during onsite conference registration hours. Please bring your confirmation to the "On-site Registration" counters. Having your confirmation and photo identification in hand and coming to the correct line will ensure your rapid registration. if you have not received an email confirmation or name badge, please contact registration management to ensure that you are registered for the conference.
Where is the Kentucky International Convention Center?
The KICC is located at 221 4th Street. For convention center location and parking information, please visit the Kentucky International Convention Center website. There is easy access to the convention center and downtown hotels from both I-64 and I-65.
Onsite Conference Information
Where should I go when I arrive at the conference?
Conference registration will be located in the Riverside Lobby of the Kentucky International Convention Center. This lobby is on the west side of Third Street.
What are the registration hours during the conference?

What are the Exhibit Hall hours during the conference?
Exhibitors will fill over 250 booths with the latest in educational technology and other products. Exhibitors may conduct mini sessions in their booth to assist participants in learning software of products. There will also be a food court in the exhibit hall area during exhibit hours. Can I bring my spouse/guest to the conference?
There are no spouse/guest passes available for the conference. Spouses and guests can purchase an Exhibit Only pass to gain access to the Exhibit Hall during show hours.
Can I bring my child to a session?
As a professional courtesy, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children.
Can I attend only one day of the conference?
Yes. One day only registration is available for Thursday and Friday.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business/casual attire and walking shoes are highly recommended.
Where can I learn more about conference sessions?
Program booklets will be available when you check in at the conference registration counter. You can begin planning your schedule by looking at the concurrent sessions and workshops on the KTLC website.
Who will be exhibiting at this year's conference?
Is there internet access available during the conference?
A CyberC@fe will be available in Exhibit 1A. Stations will be provided where you can check email and explore websites learned at the conference, as well as enjoy entertainment.
Main Presenters
One (1) main presenter will be automatically registered for the conference. Additional main presenters or co-presenters will need to register for at least a One Day Conference Registration to attend KTLC. Main presenters will not receive a name badge in the mail. They may pick up their name badges at the "Presenter Check-In" Counter during the conference. Additional presenters and co-presenters will receive a name badge in the mail.
