KRA Annual Conference
Registration Payment Information
 

• We accept payment for registrations in the form of check, MasterCard, VISA, and Purchase Orders.
   

• Early Bird registration must be postmarked on or before August 31, 2008. After August 31, registration will be at the higher rate.
   

• Please submit an individual registration form for each registrant.  All payments should be made out to KRA Conference.
   

• Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be processed without full payment included. (Exceptions for
  Purchase Order payments only.) The total dollar amount of Purchase Order must be received must be received no later than 60 days from the date of the invoice.
   

• Conference refund requests must be in writing and postmarked by September 10, 2008. A $15.00 processing fee will be assessed.
  Meal fees are nonrefundable.
