KRA Annual Conference General Registration Information

• Early Bird registration must be postmarked on or before September 30, 2010. After September 30, registration will be at the higher rate.

• Registration forms may be submitted by Fax or Mail until September 30, 2010. Register Online until October 10, 2010. After October 10, registration will be available onsite at the KRA conference registration desk.  

• Please submit an individual registration form for each registrant.  All payments should be made out to KRA Conference.

• Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be processed without full payment included. (Exceptions for
  Purchase Order payments only.) The total dollar amount of Purchase Order must be received must be received no later than 60 days from the date of the invoice.

• Conference refund requests must be in writing and received by October 10, 2010. Email refund requests to registration@tmcshows.com. Fax requests to 904.339.950. Mail to KRA Conference, c/o Total Meeting Concepts, P.O. Box 13986,  Tallahassee, FL   32317. A $15.00 processing fee will be assessed. Meal fees are nonrefundable.
