Where do I send my registration form?

Mail registration form with payment to:

You may also register online or fax your form to 904.339.9450. All conference payments should be mailed to the above mailing address.

Should I mail my registration form as well as fax a copy?

Please do not mail a copy of your registration form if you have faxed your registration or registered online. Please send a copy of your online registration receipt, your purchase order number, or a list of attendees with your payment so that your registration will be properly credited.

How many people can register on each registration form?

A registration form should be used for each individual attendee from your organization. You may also register all attendees from your organization online at one time.

If I have not registered for the conference before pre-registration ends, can I still attend the conference?

After the pre-registration deadline of September 30, 2010, you can register on-site, by coming to the on-site registration counters located in the Hyatt Regency, Lexington.

Can I register for pre-conference sessions only and not attend the conference?

You must be registered for the conference registration in order to attend pre-conference sessions. Pre-conference Sessions space is limited.  You may pre-register for workshops online. After the pre-registration deadline, you may register on-site based on availability of workshops.

What does my registration include?

• All keynote sessions

• Exhibit Hall Admittance
• All conference materials, program, etc.

• Optional Pre-conference sessions (additional fee and pre-registration required)

Payment Information


What forms of payment are accepted for conference registration?

KRA accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. Cash payments are also accepted during on-site registration.

To whom do I make my check or money order payable?

Please make checks payable to KRA. For a completed W-9 form, please email registration@tmcshows.com  or fax your request to 904.339.9450, Attn: Registration Management.

Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?

Invoices will be mailed to all billing organizations specified by attendees who register with a purchase order. Attendees who register online and select the check payment option should mail their check with a copy of their online receipt page. No invoice will be mailed.

Changes, Substitutions, and Cancellation Information


How do I cancel and request a refund for a registration?

Written requests for refunds must be emailed to registration@tmcshows.com or mailed to Total Meeting Concepts, LLC, Registration Management, PO Box 13986, Tallahassee, FL 32317. Cancellation requests postmarked prior to October 10, 2010 (or emailed by this date), will be honored, but a processing fee of $15.00 will be charged for materials and handling. Refund requests received after October 10, 2010 will not be honored. Refunds will not be given onsite. No refunds will be given because of inclement weather.

Yes, you may substitute a registration. Please contact registration management at registration@tmcshows.com or f850.391.4233 to make a substitution.

How do I know if I am registered for a pre-conference session or luncheon?

If you registered online, your registration receipt will indicate pre-conference sessions or luncheons that were added to your record during registration. You will also receive an email confirmation automatically after you complete your registration. If you register by fax or mail, you will receive an emailed confirmation once your registration has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please email registration@tmcshows.com.

Confirmation and Name Badge Information


Will I receive additional information about the conference by mail if I register online?

Your name badge and workshop tickets will be available for pick-up on-site at the KRA Annual Conference. No badges will be mailed out.  Please bring your confirmation to the KRA Registration Counters at the Hyatt Regency Lexington in order to receive your conference materials and name badge.

There are no spouse/guest passes available for the conference.

As a professional courtesy, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children.

Can I attend only one day of the conference?

Yes, this year we are offering a one-day-only registration option for Friday or Saturday.  Rates are $75 for KRA members, $85 for non-members, and $40 for students.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Business/casual attire and walking shoes are highly recommended.

Presenter Information


Main Presenters

All presenters must register for the conference. Registration is available online or by downloading the registration form.  Presenter name badges may be picked up on-site at the KRA Registration Counters in the Galt House East (2nd floor).  No badges will be mailed out.
